Jiangsu DINGS’ offers wide range of high torque performance of Frameless Motor solutions. Frameless motor is a frameless permanent magnet motor and its specialty is to generate greater output torque. It generates high torque but cogging torque is very low. Frameless motor has large hollow inner diameter and height of motor is very low and thin compared to conventional brushless dc motor. Operation principle of frameless motor is based on electromagnetic induction. Rotor consists of rotor housing and magnet. And Stator consists of casing and coil. Thermal behavior of frameless motor is very important because of high torque generation so DINGS uses excellent thermal conductivity resin too. Currently DINGS offers 6 different sizes of motors from 25mm smallest to 115mm largest option. Body thickness of each motor is very thin from 10mm to max. 37mm. DINGS’ standard frameless motor offers with hall sensor and temperature sensor. But if customer wants, stator outer diameter, body thickness, wiring method and voltage can be customized as well. DINGS also offers not only motor itself but also specialized modules includes screw plug-in linear module and also rotary joint module which are very suitable for Robotics and Medical Equipment typically demand high torque and precision.
